1. General Terms of Service for Electrical Services

Scope of Services
Dim and Dimmer Electric provides residential and commercial electrical services, including but not limited to electrical repairs, installations, inspections, upgrades, and emergency services.

Service Appointments and Estimates
Customers must schedule appointments in advance. All estimates are subject to on-site inspection. While we strive for accuracy, actual costs may vary based on project scope, parts, labor, and other factors.

Payments and Invoicing
Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to any installed parts. Warranty is voided if the customer or an unauthorized party tampers with the work performed.

Liability
Dim and Dimmer Electric is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, customer misuse, or delays outside our control (e.g., weather, supply chain issues).

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a service charge.

2. SMS Communications Program (A2P Messaging)


As part of our commitment to providing the best customer service, we offer SMS (text message) communications to keep you informed about service appointments, promotional offers, safety tips, and important company updates.

Dim and Dimmer Alerts – This SMS program sends customers appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, occasional promotional offers, and other company-related communications.

Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send “STOP,” you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Rejoining Instructions
To rejoin the SMS program after opting out, text START or UNSTOP to the same number or shortcode you originally opted out from, or contact our support team at 727-263-3226.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider.
