Inspection pricing depends on home size and scope. You receive a written report with photos after every inspection. If you proceed with any of the recommended work, the inspection fee is credited toward that job.
Before buying a home, after purchasing an older home (especially pre-1990), if you're experiencing frequent breaker trips or flickering lights, or if your home has a Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel. Annual inspections are also recommended for rental properties.

We give you a clear, prioritised list of what needs attention, categorised by safety risk level. We never pressure you to proceed with repairs on the same visit. You get the report and make decisions on your own timeline.
Written report included. If we find work you'd like done, the inspection fee is credited.
